The Founder and Managing Director

The independent consultancy is founded and spearheaded by Mr. Mlamla Sive who hails from a small rural area called Masincedane (a Xhosa word meaning let’s Help Each Other) location in Keiskammahoek. Mr Mlamla is at the helm of all business operations of the company from business development to projects delivery. He has 6 years of industry experience and specializes in environmental compliance auditing, environmental screening, waste planning, GIS, remote sensing, scientific research, project management, proposal and business development.  

He has worked as an environmental consultant in several infrastructure projects for bulk water supply, water treatment works, waste water treatment works, housing developments, stormwater and roads. He has also been involved in developing a number of municipal waste planning and management projects. Mlamla has great leadership, organisational and people management skills.

He is also a contract lecturer at the Nelson Mandela University where he teaches Remote Sensing and Applied Geomorphology. He is an emerging researcher with experience in research, quantitative and qualitative methods and is comfortable in designing, managing and leading a range of environmental and socio-economic research projects.

Qaphela Magaqa is well vest with general scientific principles applications, competent in research, geological studies and geospatial analysis. He also has experience in undertaking basic assessments, water use licence applications, landfill operations and audits and proposal development.
